About Die struck ：
Die struck is a classic look. Die struck are devoid of color, just a simple metal appearance.A mold, from which a die is created, is made and then your design is struck into the metal strip with the die under extreme pressure.A punch, with the outline shape of your pin design is used to remove the excess metal surrounding your pin design. The machine presses several times, so that the model of the die is punched out from the metal strip.After the cut shape is finished, then moved to electroplating and polishing.
